Apt CoWork has created a functional, flexible workspace within our clubhouse. Apt CoWork has also enhanced the internet to offer the best internet connectivity possible and added printing services.
Do I have to lease an apartment in this

No! Apt CoWork offers non-resident subscriptions. Because pricing varies based on your home community, go to www.aptcowork.com to learn more. Non-residents are required to complete a criminal background check prior to being approved.
What are the hours of Apt CoWork?
Apt CoWork is open 7 days a week during business hours. Apt CoWork will extend hours as the community extends hours.
I travel around the country; can I use other
Apt CoWork locations?
With a complimentary resident subscription, you are able to use Apt CoWork in your home community. Apt CoWork will soon be releasing a new paid subscription to allow the use of any Apt CoWork location across the country.
